Susan joined Medical Management Resources (MMR) in March 2002 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She has extensive experience in the field of emergency medicine practice management, having served as Executive Director, Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and Chief Operating Officer of two national healthcare companies.

With vast knowledge in physician coding and billing, Susan has worked extensively with emergency physicians to develop their documentation skills. She brings superior organizational abilities to MMR and assisted in redesigning the quality management team. Susan’s leadership abilities are a tremendous asset to the executive staff responsible for daily operations of data management, coding, quality assurance and client services at MMR. Additionally, she works closely with new business development during contract negotiations.

Susan Dill is a current member of the Medical Group Management Association and a past board member of the Emergency Medicine Management Association.
